Express shipping and return within the EU
We ship our jewelry within the European Union by express – free of charge for our customers and fully insured. As a rule, the recipient within Germany will receive the shipment on the next working day. This applies both to the jewelry from our online shop as well as purchased pieces in the shop, which may have been changed by our goldsmith. To ensure that everything arrives securely and unharmed at the recipient, we only commission the established parcel service providers Deutsche Post, DHL, UPS or FedEx. 30 Days Return Policy
Despite careful consideration, a piece of jewellery may not quite meet your own expectations or those of the recipient. No problem! We offer all customers visiting our showrooms in Berlin and Munich, as well as those shopping via our online store, a straightforward and risk-free return policy within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that any cancellation must always be made in writing. For returns from countries outside of the European Union, please ensure you mark the parcel as ‘Return’. This is the only way we can accept and process the return.
If returns are not marked ‘Return’ accordingly, customs duties, import charges or other costs may arise. In such cases, we reserve the right to refuse the consignment. Any costs incurred shall be borne by the buyer.
