We’re a small business. And that’s exactly how we want to stay. Why? Because Rheinfrank – Antique Jewellery<\/strong> doesn’t thrive on anonymous structures, large administrative departments, or call centers.<\/p>\n

For us, it’s all about unique jewellery, personalized advice, and people who take time for one another.<\/p>\n

Artificial intelligence helps us preserve these priorities.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

We use AI wherever it can help us to be more efficient: in parts of our administration, in shipping, in the creation and maintenance of our website, and in the production of promotional images. For a small business like ours, this is a blessing.<\/p>\n

We don’t have to raise our prices<\/strong><\/h3>\n

A professional photo shoot for a branding campaign used to cost thousands: photographer, models, studio, styling, post-production, and much more.<\/p>\n

Today, we can create part of these visual concepts using AI. This saves time and more importantly also a great deal of money. These savings offset rising cots elsewhere and help us to avoid raising our prices.<\/p>\n

Less bureaucracy. More jewellery.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

AI has become a huge help in the office. The number of legal requirements, documentation obligations, and German and European regulations that even a small business must deal with on a daily basis has become enormous.<\/p>\n

AI helps us structure information, understand regulations, prepare texts and processes, and handle many administrative tasks more efficiently. Of course, the responsibility remains ours. But we no longer have to spend every hour on bureaucracy – which leaves us with more time for our customers.<\/p>\n

Where AI has no place with us<\/strong><\/h3>\n

With our jewellery itself. Our product photos are authentic.<\/p>\n

We photograph every ring, every brooch, every bracelet, and every pendant ourselves. Our vintage jewellery isn’t enhanced by AI in the product photos, nor is it artificially made to look “perfect.” Quite the opposite. A ring that’s been around for 120 years is allowed to bear the marks of its life. Small scratches, signs of wear, and the patina of many decades are all part of its history.<\/p>\n

It’s important to us that you can see these details online. If you fall in love with a piece of jewellery on our website, you shouldn’t get a nasty surprise when it looks different in real life. This is the piece you should receive – in all its beauty and history.<\/strong> Artificial Intelligence for More Human Time<\/strong> Perhaps that’s the most beautiful aspect of this whole development for us. The routine work is taken off our hands leaving more time for the very reason we run Rheinfrank – Antique Jewellery.<\/strong><\/p>\n
