Right of withdrawal<\/h1>

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within thirty days of the date of purchase without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is thirty days from the date the contract is concluded.<\/span><\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (RHEINFRANK \u2013 ANTIQUE JEWELLERY | Oliver Rheinfrank and Dirk Holzfuss | Rheinfrank & Holzfuss OHG | Linienstra\u00dfe 44 | 10119 Berlin | Tel. +49 (0)30 \u2013 20689155 | Email: <\/span>info@antique-jewellery.de<\/span><\/a>) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).<\/span><\/p>

Alternatively, you may complete and submit the withdrawal form provided on our website electronically. In this case, we will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without delay, for example by email.<\/span><\/p>

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.<\/span><\/p>

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items of jewellery to which individual alterations have been made after purchase at the buyer\u2019s request. This applies in particular to changes to ring sizes or other customer-specific adjustments. If the jewellery is returned to us in a damaged state we reserve the right to refuse the return request.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

The statutory exclusion of the right of withdrawal for goods made to the customer\u2019s specifications or clearly tailored to their personal needs applies even if work on the customisation or manufacture has not yet begun at the time of withdrawal (ECJ, judgment of 21 October 2020, Case C-529\/19).<\/span><\/p>

Consequences of withdrawal<\/b><\/h2>

If your withdrawal from the contract is valid, we will refund all payments you have made without delay, and in any event no later than fourteen days after we have received the returned goods. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction to make the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.<\/span><\/p>

To exercise your right of withdrawal effectively, both the written notice of withdrawal and <\/span>the return of the goods must be made within thirty days of the conclusion of the contract<\/b>. The goods must be returned to the following address or handed over in person within this period:<\/span><\/p>

You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.<\/span><\/p>

Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union must be clearly marked as \u2018Return\u2019. This is the only way we can accept and process the return correctly. If returns are not marked accordingly and this results in customs duties, import charges or other costs, we reserve the right to refuse the consignment. All costs arising from this shall be borne by the buyer.<\/span><\/p>

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is attributable to handling of the goods that goes beyond the examination of their condition, properties and functionality.<\/span><\/p>
